GAPP Exchange

Since 2018, our school's director, Melanie Mello, has organized the German American Partnership Program (GAPP) in collaboration with the Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium in Nagold, Germany. Every two years, she leads a group of high school students to Germany, while participating families in the Chandler area host German exchange students during their visit to Arizona.

The 2025–2026 GAPP exchange is made possible with the support of Chandler Preparatory Academy (CPA) and the Arizona German Language Association.

Trips

In fall 2025, CPA will welcome 15 students from the Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium for a two-week stay. In return, Melanie will accompany a small group of students to Nagold at the end of June 2026.
